PAT decision
Please find attached the PAT decision.
We have only just received this so you are getting it as soon as we have, as was
agreed by the PFEW General Secretary and Chairman. To that end, we are just starting
to read and analyse its findings.
As agreed with JBB Chairs & Secretaries , once we have read the decision in full,
we will send you any PFEW comment and papers including a press statement, a briefing
sheet and the Staff Side submission to the PAT.
At this stage we would recommend you do not comment externally on the decision,
whilst we make a full analysis of its implications.
